The Ocean Walk
The Ocean Walk is a guided outdoor hike designed to explore the underwater world, marvel at its biodiversity, and reflect on our place in the web of life.
This 5.5km hike involves ascending 2 meters for every meter covered. You'll begin in the Mariana Trench at a depth of 11km to discover the abyssal depths or hydrothermal vents, ascend to the hunting grounds of sperm whales, or share in the vibrant life at the heart of coral reefs.
At each stop, you'll encounter mysterious, little-known underwater landscapes, their unique worlds, and their stories...
The Ocean Walk was created by five facilitators from the Ocean Fresco project: Valérie Chabredier, Dominique Drullion, Géraldine Grattepanche, Céline Lefebvre, and Alice Vitoux.
It is inspired by the format of the deep time walk and is aimed at everyone: citizens, communities, businesses or schools.
The Ocean Course
This three-step course is tailor-made for your organization to help you accelerate your understanding and integration of ocean conservation issues and inspire your teams to take action!
La Fresque Océane supports you by drawing on the expertise of its community of facilitators and its network of partners to offer you a varied, engaging, and fun course, enabling you to become an agent of change and an ambassador for ocean conservation!
